Spectacular lighting by "Aqua creations".

Just couple a days ago I got a link from one friend to this spectacular designs from "Aqua creations".

I was very fascinated buy this very sculptural lighting design, and just had to share it with you.

Aqua Creations Lighting & Furniture Atelier was founded in 1994 by designer-artist Ayala Serfaty and photographer Albi Serfaty.

Over the years, the pioneering use of handcraft techniques with advanced lighting technology has put Aqua Creations in the forefront of sustainable design and green industry.

I just had to show you something that I think is quite interesting, because of  lighting effects that is going through the facade of TORI TORI RESTAURANT in Mexico.  It lights up both ways(interior and exterior), and it marks up building when it`s dark.

DESIGN INSPIRATION: REPURPOSING PIPES WITH STELLA BLEU DESIGNS

Meet Katie Katzenmeyer, a new designer  with an affection for old pipes! Working for Stella Bleu Designs.
Katie says about her design: I always use local materials. There are local dealers in the area that I have contact with. Also, scrap yards. I'll go and try to find as many supplies there before moving on to dealers or shops. This is realy sustainable way of thinking designs:)
